Despite Corona and dinner in your own room, the house is great. The breakfast in the restaurant was unbeatable.

A beautiful hotel, great staff and a great view from the suites. We are here every year and always excited no matter what time of year.

I would like to be taught better - so now, after the change of operator, a second attempt from us. Fresh flower pots on the table ... service really nicer. Unfortunately nothing has changed in terms of the quality and selection of the dishes.

Nice reception or impression! Room was clean and equipped with everything you need. Large terrace to relax directly in the room! Quiet location on the lake 👌👍Breakfast options could offer a little more ... still a place to relax 😉

The bathhouse that we know no longer exists. With the new owner, the kitchen has also changed radically .... And unfortunately not for the better. Our plates were like a meal from the canteen (loveless and without a salad garnish), and the taste really didn't score. Even serving the drinks seems to be a challenge for the service staff. Pity! You won't see us again anytime soon !!!!

Seldom eaten so delicious! The portions are gigantic! The ambience is pleasantly "light" and the staff are friendly and attentive! Should I go on vacation here again, you will definitely be on the "Experience list" 😊

An incredibly beautiful location right on the Tollensesee. The very loving breakfast should also be emphasized. For the price we would have expected a slightly higher standard in the room. No fridge, bad shower head, picture repaired with tape. All in all, a nice hotel in a prime location with a good restaurant, but room equipment needs to be caught up (everything clean)

85 euros for a single room including breakfast, but latte macchiato costs extra. The lady from the breakfast service should first take a course in communication. I am naturally cheerful. But this lady managed to spoil my stay in the bathhouse.

Yesterday we went to the bathhouse for dinner. Despite the really full terrace, we got our drinks and food quite quickly. The starters as well as the main courses were very nicely arranged and also excellent in taste. You can tell the quality of the kitchen. Conclusion: The bathhouse is definitely worth a visit. With the view of Tollensesee, of course, a highlight in Neubrandenburg.

We have probably already booked 4-5 times at the Hotel Badehaus, but unfortunately we have to say that the level and quality of the gastronomy has clearly declined, the menu was much more appealing and varied in the past. No more German cuisine, fish dishes peppered with bones, meat dishes float in oil and fat. We will change quarters in the future.

Very pleasant location directly on the lake. Rooms are nice with plenty of accommodations. The rooms are spacious and fairly priced. The property is simply very relaxing and would stay here again with pleasure.

It was very beautiful. Good food and great coffee and cake like freshly baked. Always happy.

We were there to eat and I have to say that it deserves the rating “satisfactory”. When it comes to prices, you can expect some quality and quantity. But we didn't have this. The bread with the salad was dry and rock hard. Was probably already 2 days. You can't offer that to your guests. The salad portions were just too little for the price. The buffalo mozarella was garnished with bad or tasteless tomatoes. Unfortunately I cannot make a recommendation.

First time here and found it beautiful. My room is great, with a small terrace and a direct view of the lake. Beds are not saggy. The restaurant offers a good and tasty selection of dishes. On the terrace you look directly at the lake. Little idyll after work 😊

Delicious food. Friendly basement. Large selection. Price-performance ratio is right. Big portion. I can recommend the Bauhaus :)

Delicious meal

I stayed here several times for a couple days to visit my grandma and grandpa. It's a bit too cheap accommodation with a great breakfast in the morning. For my back the mattresses and the beds are a bit to soft and the blankets to warm for summer. The staff is friendly, very helpful and asked a few times if they can do something for us.
